When I started talking about the benefits of lemon, I think I should continue to talk about them.
Lemon holds a special place in my grandmother’s kitchen. Or, more precisely, the lemon occupies a high position in my grandmother pharmacy.
Apart from the benefits of lemon juice, special advantages occupies and the lemon rind.
When you will squeeze the lemon, and take all the tasty and refreshing juice from it, you still haven’t used the full potential of lemon. Next you can do is to use the rind of this fruit.
While you are making the juice, make sure to leave a little bit of the lemon liquid in the crust. It is with the purpose, so the bark will stay a little wetter, and can use it as a mask for the face.
My grandmother says that all beauty products made of natural base are much better than those made and manufactured in the cosmetics industry. I totally agree with it.
In fact, don’t you think that something that has a positive effect while you eat and consume, can not affect badly on your skin?
In fact, the interior of the body is much more sensitive, in contrast to the exterior, the skin. The skin is the one that is constantly subject to external influences.
After the juice preparation you will have two hemispheres of lemon crust. Cut them a little bit diametrically, from the bottom part, so they can have a shape similar as a star. With cutting the bark, the form will be changed. The crust will become more flat.
The lemon peel, you can use it for massage on your face. Imagine that you are doing massage with hands. So, pass through all parts of the nose, cheeks, chin and forehead. Avoid contact with the eyes.
The eyes are the only ones which can suffer from lemon acid. It is too concentrated, and if you happen to have contact with the eyes, you should calmly sprays with warm water. That way the water will dilute the acid.
I promise that in the future I will try to prepare to a short video about this process, and how to make lemon rind useful for your face. I think that then, it will be much easier to understand me.
However, massage your face with lemon bark from 3 to 10 minutes.
This massage will positively affect on the acne, on the dark spots and freckles. What is even more interesting is that lemon acts positively on the facial tenderness too.
If you decide to make this facial treatment, make it at night, so after doing the massage with the lemon, don’t wash your face. The longer you keep lemon juice on your face; it is better for you and has more benefit. But of course, don’t go too far.
If the next day you do not wash up your face, it will attract dust and dirt. It is best to wash it in the morning, when you will wake up.
If you repeat this treatment once or twice per month, you feel a lot of progress with your face skin. The skin will become very soft and much smoother. Even the hydration and oil will be regulated.
